It combined survey, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions as research methods. The study adopted the Diffusion of Innovation theory and Two-factor theory. This study, therefore, investigated the impact of media convergence on the job satisfaction of journalists in South West Nigeria. Empirical studies on job satisfaction in the media world have examined the level of professional satisfaction of journalists in view of changes in responsibilities and working environment. These changes resulting from technological advancements and the ability to access content on multiple digital media platforms represent media convergence. The digitisation of news production processes in media organisations has brought about changes in how journalists access and disseminate content.
